Our Mission
We strive to provide a fun, comfortable, educational, and nurturing dental home for children from infancy to early adulthood. Our goal is to build a strong foundation of good oral health.
Appointment Policy
Due to a very high demand in Pediatric Dentistry which is widespread, we want to discuss the steps
we’re taking to make sure every patient receives the best care and treatment in a timely manner.
- ALL appointments REQUIRE a positive confirmation at least 24 hours in advance. Any
appointment not confirmed will be forfeited and there is a chance your child/children’s
appointment(s) will be given to someone else. - We have an automated text system in which you can easily communicate with us. You can
confirm your appointments without even having to call us back! If you are still receiving
confirmation calls from our administrative team, that means you are not confirming via
text/phone. Or your information is not up to date. We will call/text both parents until we receive
confirmation/cancellation. Again, if we DO NOT receive communication your appointment may
be given to someone else. - Unfortunately, there has been an increase in cancelled and missed appointments which is not
fair those patiently waiting to be seen. A last-minute cancellation/missed appointment does not
allow us to get another child in who is waiting for their treatment. There is a $45.00 fee for
missed appointments or cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice. - A parent or legal guardian MUST be present for ALL visits for patients under age 21. If this is
not possible, you must inform our office in ADVANCE so we may review any updates/consents
and or paperwork needed for your child.
Insurance Policy
Our office works hard to help you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. We encourage you to become familiar with your insurance policy. Arrangement for payment of professional services is due at the time the treatment is provided. Every effort will be made to provide a treatment plan that will fit your budget and timetable. We strive to give your child the best care possible. Your estimated patient portion is due at the time of service. As a courtesy, we will send insurance claims for you at no additional cost. If you have any questions, one of our team members is happy to help!
Financial Policy
Payment is due at the time of treatment.
This includes Co-pays, deductibles, co-insurance and uncovered services such as Nitrous Oxide.
High Deductible Insurance Plans
Full payment is due for the treatment completed at the time of service. UNLESS you can provide
documentation from your insurance provider that the deductible has been satisfied.
Out of Network Insurance Plans require a credit card on file
Change of Insurance
We MUST receive this information at the time of appointment confirmation.
If you arrive for your child’s appointment with new insurance the visit will be treated as self-pay, and
you will be reimbursed once we have received insurance payment from your new provider. We CANNOT check new insurance at the time of the appointment.
Your child’s dental health is our highest priority. We have always been and will continue to be understanding to each family’s needs. Thank you for your cooperation.
